Egidia Morabito is an emerging Italian director, born in 1994.
After gaining experience as an assistant director, including on the sets of the documentary film Le Metamorfosi and the short film Mezzanotte, presented at the Rome Film Festival, Giffoni Festival, and I-Fest, respectively, she attended the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia (Experimental Center of Cinematography) in Palermo, Sicily, to professionalize her skills in writing and directing documentaries and cinema verité.
Her short film, Vengo a Prenderti, produced by the CSC, is participating in several independent festivals. Comprami is her first feature film project, already selected by the IDS Academy of Torino Film Industry and currently in the writing phase.
